Robot Butterfly Assembly - Chapter 9/14

Remove the plastic film from the lid.

Fingerprints and dust can be removed with a soft microfibre cloth.

Note: Only applicable if lid is laser cut.

Position the Neopixel bracket on the lid (assembled in the Electronics section).

The slot is the back of the lid. The downward edge of the bracket should face the front of the lid, while the upward edge faces the back. Align the mounting holes of the bracket with the corresponding mounting column near the slot opening.

From the brown envelope, gather 4x M3 - 10 mm fasteners, 8x washers, and 4x hex nuts.

Fasten the Neopixel bracket to the lid. Attach 2x M3 - 10 mm fasteners with washers and hex nuts.

Position the servo bracket onto the lid. Tilt the servo bracket under the Neopixel bracket. The mounting holes of the servo bracket should line up with the mounting holes column adjacent to the Neopixel bracket. Please refer to photos for clarification.

Fasten the servo bracket to the lid. Attach 2x M3 - 10 mm fasteners with washers and hex nuts.
